STOCK

Every item shown on the webshop is available for sale in our physical store. We keep our webshop stock synchronized to our physical store however, if an item is sold in store simultaneously to a web order the stock information may appear incorrect. It that case you will be credited the amount of the item that wasn't in stock.

SHIPMENTS & RETURNS

All domestic orders are sent and delivered by PostNL or DPD. International shipments are sent by PostNL and delivered by national postal services. Please take note that orders placed from Canada and Australia using standard shipping may take longer to be delivered due to strict customs regulations. We also offer premium shipping options from UPS for most countries.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it is shipped. You will need to sign upon delivery.

We aim to ship all our orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. STYLED BY JUULS does not hold itself responsible for any delays or damage caused in transit by postal services, couriers or customs agents.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

From an environmentally point of view, STYLED BY JUULS prefers the return by bringing the articles back to the store. This is obviously charge free. If you don’t have the opportunity to visit our store you can return articles packed via a post office. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be declared as 'returned goods'.

Clothing, footwear and accessories must be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund as long as the item is unworn and in new condition. Clothing must be returned with original tags still attached, footwear and accessories must be returned in the original packaging, all visible unused.

All returns must be authorized by email before shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.

We strive to return the purchase amount of the order the same day, this will be done within 10 working days.

TAXES

All orders to be delivered outside EU are tax-free at the time of purchase. 21% VAT will be automatically deducted from your order at checkout. International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By making a purchase at STYLED BY JUULS you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any import charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us and your account will be credited according to our return policy. Charges associated with the return will be deducted from your credit. 

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit STYLED BY JUULS or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from STYLED BY JUULS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

STYLED BY JUULS and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, STYLED BY JUULS does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is error-free. If a product offered by STYLED BY JUULS itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
